Every door. Its whole history.

Most inspection records stop being useful after a year. Ours follow the door for its entire life. Scan the tag with any phone and the full record is there.

Sample record. This is a demonstration of what a door's history page looks like. The facility and door shown are not real.

Why it matters

Records that hold up on survey day

Proof on the spot

A surveyor asks about a door. Scan the tag and show its last inspection, any repairs, and the photos, right there in the hallway.

Nothing gets lost

Door IDs never change, so year-over-year history lines up. Replace a damaged tag or the door itself and the history carries forward.

Staff can report problems

Anyone who notices a door that won't close can scan the tag and report it with a photo, so small problems get fixed before they become findings.
